It is recommended that, if you are new to Pilates and would like to join an existing class, you have a one-to-one session beforehand. These sessions offer a great introduction to Pilates where you will learn the fundamentals which will help you to make the transition easily into a group class.
If you have been recommended to do Pilates by a health professional then a one-to-one session with Zoe will help to assess your level and give you the fundamentals to join a new class with confidence.
Alternatively, private sessions are the best option for those wanting a personalised Pilates programme, designed specifically for their own body and possible health issues. We will establish goals together, and an individual programme will be designed that will be re-assessed and developed every lesson to give you the optimum benefit from each session.
We also offer private sessions for 2 or 3 people together, so why not practice Pilates with your friends and family?
These sessions can be arranged at a time convenient to you and within your own home.
Cost per session
1:1 £45 or £40 if six sessions are booked and paid for in advance.
2:1 £25 each or £23 each if six sessions are booked and paid for in advance.
3:1 £20 each or £18 each if six sessions are booked and paid for in advance.
