BeginnersImproversIntermediates
Beginner Mat Pilates classes – for clients who are new to Pilates or those clients who have not practised Pilates for some time. These classes introduce the relevant exercises to focus on learning the fundamentals of Pilates including breathing, neutral spine and centring, and developing good technique. (Suitable for all)
Improver Mat Pilates classes – for those who have grasped good basic technique and want to be challenged with tougher exercises. At this point we work on increasing core strength and stamina. At the same time we teach much more complex patterns of movement. (Suitable for those who have attended Pilates classes for three months or more.)
At Intermediate level, as the repertoire of exercises increases, the Classical matwork sequences start to be taught in greater depth. The pace is faster, more dynamic and exercises flow seamlessly to build and maintain strength and stamina.

Class Prices

Classes are block booked and payable in advance. Each block consists of six classes costing £54. If you have not attended one of Zoe’s classes before then you may pay £10 for a taster session before deciding whether to continue for that term. Please contact Zoe for details of which class is best for you to attend. Fees are non-refundable but classes can be made up by coming to another suitable level class in the same term if space is available.
